I called an hour later, to see when the bouquet might be delivered, and she said, "I can't guarantee, the two deliverers are out..." However, she confirmed the order was received, "and it's on the designers table." Within the next 1-2 hours, I get a "thank you so much" text from my wife for the beautiful arrangement. Free same day delivery, but ~$10 "service charge." A little pricey, but I figure inflation, etc. I will keep using them, great experience, plugNplay, dependable!!! Nice job!!!
